It is our understanding that the company that has been our major provider for Wireless messaging (LPWireless, Inc.) has been recently sold. As a result of this sale many changes are ongoing in the way your Voice Mail box and Pager work. While this has had some affect on the operation of the Hot News Alert Network (HNAN) to date we have been able to adapt and continue providing services.

However, it has come to our attention that the first bills under the new owners are showing up in mail boxes and the fees for the service has changed. The rental of the "phone number" and the associated mail box is now being billed at the rate of $11.95/Month plus an additional $6.00/Month for "Basic Coverage" and $7.00/Month for extended coverage utilizing the Propage system through an inter-network agreement.

HNAN has no control over these rates, but is looking at other options and will update this posting if we find an alternative.
